Orders

By placing an order on no9ta.net you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. No9ta reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock issues.

Payment

All orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of goods.

Shipping

We ship across Tunisia. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Tracking information is sent via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Shipping fees are calculated per governorate and shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to initiate a return.

Limitation of Liability

No9ta is not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute arising from a purchase on no9ta.net shall be subject to the competent Tunisian courts.
